Real Riderz (UK & EU)

At Reckless Riders, we sell technical, high-performance products that are not approved for use on public roads. Due to the nature of these products, certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer legislation.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Right of Withdrawal โ€“ Eligible Products

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of their order to exercise the right of withdrawal only for standard, non-customised, non-technical products (e.g. accessories).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to order or configured on request (custom kits, batteries built on demand, etc.)

  • Technical products where the seal has been broken

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, tested, or used

  • Gift cards and promotional or discounted items

โš ๏ธ Conversion kits, batteries, motors, and controllers are sensitive technical products and cannot be returned or refunded once installation has begun, attempted, or modified.

๐Ÿ”ง Faulty, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is delivered damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect

After assessment, if the claim is valid, we will offer one of the following remedies in accordance with UK consumer law:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Conditions

A refund may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty or non-conforming

  • The claim is made within 30 days of purchase

  • No installation or attempt to install has been made

โŒ Refunds will not be granted if:

  • A battery or kit does not fit the bike (dimensions are clearly stated on the website)

  • Damage results from incorrect installation (e.g. cut motor cables, incorrect spacers, misuse of components)

  • The product has been used, modified, or altered

  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding bank processing times.

Cancellation fees may apply if an order is cancelled after preparation or dispatch.
