These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Real Riderz and the purchase and use of any products sold through our website.

3. Products & Intended Use

Real Riderz sells technical, high-performance e-bike conversion products, including motors, batteries, controllers, and accessories.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Our products are NOT road-legal
• They are intended for off-road use, private land, tracks, or closed environments only
• Use on public roads, cycle paths, or public spaces may be illegal

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Safe installation and use
• Wearing appropriate protective equipment

Real Riderz accepts no liability for illegal use, misuse, or non-compliant installation.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified
• Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice
• Payment must be completed in full before dispatch
• We are not responsible for bank fees, exchange fees, or payment provider charges

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the technical nature of our products:

• Conversion kits, motors, batteries, and controllers are non-returnable once installed, tested, or modified
• Refunds are granted only in cases of confirmed defect or non-conformity, in accordance with UK consumer law

8. Installation & User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Installation requires mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Incorrect installation may cause damage, injury, or failure
• Real Riderz is not responsible for installation errors

We strongly recommend professional installation for high-power kits.

9. Warranty

All of our products come with 2 year manufacturers warranty, which means that you’re eligible for a replacement or a free repair if your item has a production fault.

We have repair centre based in the UK, please contact us explaining the problem and share some pictures and videos of everything, after our initial online check if the problem is still not solved, we will send a shipping label for you to print at home and attach onto the parcel, a courier will pick up the package from your address and ship to us.

Once we receive the item will take up to 7 working days for us to finalise our checks or repairs.

In most of the cases if we verify it is a manufacturing fault, we will replace it or repair it free of charge and send back to the customer.

If the item has clear signs of misuse then warranty is voided and we will still offer a repair or replacement at extra cost which will be confirmed in advance or if no agreement is reached the item will be returned to the customer.

To place a warranty request please contact us with your full name and order details.

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Misuse or abuse
• Water damage
• Modifications
• Normal wear and tear

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Real Riderz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, fines, or legal consequences resulting from product use
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by UK law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Real Riderz or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
